Corn on the Barby
Corn is cooked over an open flame at the Green Well Gastropub, restaurant will be featuring three course meals during restaurant week.
I have tried to cook corn over an open fire before, and my attempts were not as successful as the way the Greenwell restaurant cooks theirs. The key; soak in water for five minutes before cooking.
